Welcome to Thrive Brands! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including web design, logo design, and digital marketing, offered on a subscription basis. By engaging with Thrive Brands ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered

We offer the following service tiers:

- Basic Builder Plan

- Pro Trades Plan

- Master Contractor Plan

Each plan includes specific deliverables as outlined at time of signup. Customizations or additions beyond the scope of your plan may incur additional fees. Logo design is a one-time fee. Modifications to any logo will incur an additional fee.

2. Subscription & Payments

- All services are billed monthly via automatic payment.

- Your subscription starts on the date of your first payment and renews every 30 days.

- Missed payments may result in service suspension after 7 days of non-payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

- You may cancel your subscription at any time.

- No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the billing cycle.

- After cancellation, your website will deactivate immediately, and is no longer available to you for import or transfer.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

- Provide timely content, images, and feedback as needed.

- Ensure all submitted materials (logos, images, etc.) are owned or properly licensed.

- Respond to project-related communications within 5 business days to avoid delays.

5. Intellectual Property

- Thrive Brands retains ownership of any licensed software or proprietary tools used in building your website.

- Finalized logos (upon payment completion) are the property of the client.

- Drafts, concepts, or unselected designs remain the intellectual property of Thrive Brands.

6. Website Hosting & Maintenance

Hosting and routine updates are included in each subscription tier. Should you migrate your website away from Thrive Brands, loss of the client's website, domain, hosting, website content and other information involved in the services provided will be lost to the client, and will remain as property of Thrive Brands.

7. Limitation of Liability

Thrive Brands is not liable for:

- Business losses due to hosting or server errors, downtime, third-party plugin errors, or digital marketing performance.

- External platform issues (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).

- Legal issues from client-submitted content.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes at least 15 days in advance.
